'The room was great, neat, clean, cool and had a nice view of the garden area. I loved the pool, bar and restaurant. It was walking distance to most places you would want to go including the beach. And there was ample free parking. I would only caution to make sure your google maps has you going to the right entrance - it took us down a dirt road to the back entry gate, not where we should have been or could have parked. Make sure to drive around to the big, official entry and don't follow google...

'Bayfront Hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Fort de France. Close to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc. There is no actual front desk reception, but once you are staying here, Serge, the manager, will buzz you in when you have gone out and are returning.'

We were there for the Goodwill games at the Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre so the location was very convenient and access to transportation easy. 'This property was posted on expedia website. When I arrived the host did not have a confirmation from expedia of a booking. The host tried to switch me to another place that didn't have the amenities of the apartment I booked. The place was a dirty room in a basement of a house. My view would have been a construction site. '
