'This is an out-of-the-way gem (but easy to get to). Clean, and close to shore to hear waves crashing. Host was superb! Unit was smaller than expectation. Hard to use luggage rack and move around. Not so certainly about "see whales and dolphins" - but maybe it was wrong time of year. Checking and communication with host was great (5/5)!'

'The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. 'Clean, roomy, and a very convenient location. I wish there was coffee included. Instead of having to wash dishes (no sink to do it), perhaps providing disposable plates and utensils would be better. The shower curtains were also too short which resulted in wet floors. With that being said, it is a really nice place. I also liked that you offer one night stays.'
