'As seasoned travelers over decades, both within Australia and OS, we had high expectations for this 2-night stay which were not met, given the price point. This was not a cheap stay, but we were happy to pay for a different 'experience'. Nice area but! The obvious things included unlike what was advertised about "Free Wi-Fi. Available in the cottage" it didn't exist. We didn't even have mobile reception unless we walked to the 'Telstra pole' (their written advice in room) at next property where...

'Both of us woke up shivering cold since there was no heat/AC in the room. Beds only provided a thin blanket rather than a proper comforter, and had no electric heating elements underneath. Besides that, the room offered numerous appliances and was very clean. Would not recommend unless proper heating and air conditioning is installed in the building.'
