'The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not...

'The place was very clean. Great area of town. If I had to make one suggestion it would be about the shower. You have to get in to turn on the water and it’s a big step getting into the shower. If you had an elderly person, I think some sort of rail is needed. That is the only comment. The place was perfect for us. '
