'Wish they had advertised property as it actually is. To start, cynthia and reception team were quite helpful and responsive. However, be aware you speak with them via email or phone, not a direct access reception per se as you'd have at a hotel. Construction noise-crazy! You'll hear it from practically the whole building first morning was awful, so they moved me to another unit which was better, though still woke up most morning to construction noise. Bars and discotheques nearby so most nights...

'We did not have the room. They had over-booke their accommodation and we ended up looking for a place to stay for the night and getting a refund from expedia. This was purely due to the season greed and they would take money from locals paying more and through out those booked officially as we would get a refund. very inconviniencing and would never book them again. Very poor customer relations '
