'Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service...

'The atmosphere was nice. The staff very friendly. The room was warm without aircon. Other than that its a nice stay. Breakfast was lovely overlooking to the ocean. '

'Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

'I had a wonderful stay at Coco De Villa Diani. The host was exceptional — warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. Every request was handled with genuine care, making the entire experience feel personal and effortless. The property itself is beautifully tranquil, offering a peaceful escape that truly allows you to unwind and recharge. The calm atmosphere, combined with thoughtful hospitality, made this stay both relaxing and memorable. I would highly recommend...

'The property needs maintenance as some of the fixtures are broken or falling apart. The electrical equipment also need upgrading. The kettle in the room was boilingthe water but was not automatically switching off. That can be dangerous, fire hazard.'

'I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho.'

'Fantastic resort. Friendly personnel. Great pool.'
