'They had hot water to make tea which was great and some breakfast items they provided were helpful as I was in a hurry every morning'

However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.'

'we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food...

'Everything was fine until you take a closer look at things, walls were nasty either way cigarette stains. We moved the desk next to the bed and there were crumbs and ants underneath; ants near the window, ants in the bathroom. Beside thats things we’re fine amd to be expected for a this type of hotel'

'The staff was very helpful with setting up the shuttle and cab we needed. We had some other questions/issues and they were very eager to help with that as well. The room was super nice and modern. However, the walls seemed rather thin because we could hear the guests in the adjacent rooms very well. The price was very good and the vicinity to the airport was super handy.'

'We ask for a queen bed but was given a double bed and kitchen but not no utensils. I was disappointed in the pet depositing motel 6 one part was studio 6 as well but to put up deposit when it did match the standard of being newer and one small for each side of the bed which was small and woren They could added more pillows and towel just because it was studio!'

'Apparently if you want your room cleaned you have to tell the front desk. This is crazy. It should be if you don’t want your room clean then hang the do not disturb sign. Room 325 claims to be a lake view however you can’t see the lake at all because of the trees. Breakfast was a nightmare. The food area is very small and cramp. People were waiting 20 minutes for oatmeal. Any refill like eggs, milk and yogurt took awhile. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot and had good water...
