'Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.'

'We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. '

'The house is very nice. Everything you need is available. The beds are comfortable. Only we disliked the bathroom shower heads (junk). Be aware of ticks if you bring pets. In terms of improvement, I would like to have blinds in the living room. '

'After staying 2 nights at the Zen cottage in Gardiner (same host), I decided to stay an extra night, but only this location was available, so I booked. I walked in to a very tidy beautiful space, albeit a lot less work went into restoring this space compared to the prior, furniture definitely not as cozy. The blanket covering the boarded up door (in the sauna room) had a very large nail sticking out, luckily I saw it before bumping into. I did notice some foul smells around the fire place, I...

'We are visiting from CA and had some of our family meet us here. Gorgeous home that comfortably fit all of us for some quality family time. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the property running in the fields, catching fireflies, watching movies and playing board games. Lots of great hiking trails in the area too. Really enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay here again!'
