'The place was really nice for our stay in Rome. We found the space clean and tidy. The entrance outside might intimidate you with all the graffiti but you will not be disappointed by the room given to you! Recommended!!'

'Hotel van de Franciscaner Orde, sobere luxe en prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Nog rondleiding gehad in de centrale wereld vestiging van de Franciscaner monniken. '

'Here’s what you should know if you book a room here. You need to climb 2 sets of stairs before you get to the small elevator. If you can’t climb the stairs, you can’t get to the room. Also, the room door doesn’t automatically lock when you’re in it. You have to physically lock the door with a key from the inside. Our first day there someone opened our door when we were in bed. I was not happy and I felt unsafe. We figured out that the room didn’t automatically lock when you close the door like...

'Conveniently located near Roma Central train station, room was nice, adequate services, clean & comfortable bed, check-in was simple, staff were nice, first floor location, tiny elevator on-site BUT 3 keys and a room card to enter your room, communication via Whatsapp was poor, wi-fi was terrible, seperate communal kitchen and courtyard terrace accessible and stocked with the basics.'

'Overall a good experience, room was a bit out dated. I expected a decent size modern TV. The other weird thing, or this is maybe something in Rome/Italy, you pay €20 for breakfast, but you still have to pay extra’s for like orange juice, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc. I though this is something standard during each breakfast. Atleast it was on my previous stays in other countries.'

'Super convenient location and nice host. Walkable to major sites like colosseum and metro right beside for Vatican City. Would stay again if visiting Rome.'

'Very clean room, excellent staff service!'

'Close to the train station. Good location. Difficult to get in. The room is facing a street with a quite loud tram. Otherwise it was what was expected'

'Great hostel! '

'Clean room and responsive staff!'

'Nice, clean space not far from a train station. We needed to stay just for a night and were glad with our choice.'

'Super nice people working there. Andrea and the other ladies working at the reception were lovely & super helpfull before our arrival (easily available via whatsapp) and during our stay for tips for best transportation methods etc. Room was clean, very calm at night even though located in historic centre. The smart tv has Netflix. The rooms stay nice and cool during the heatwave because the airco can stay on even when you leave.'

'Zeer prettig verblijf. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader.'

'Well located for visits. Plenty good restaurants in the neighborhood.'

'The guesthouse is on a good location. Very kind owner with good restaurants options.'

'Fijne badkamer en het was schoon.'
