Andrea and the other ladies working at the reception were lovely & super helpfull before our arrival (easily available via whatsapp) and during our stay for tips for best transportation methods etc. Room was clean, very calm at night even though located in historic centre. The smart tv has Netflix. The rooms stay nice and cool during the heatwave because the airco can stay on even when you leave.'

The support is all remote - they will send you a video (definitely get Whatsapp for this trip) on how to work the box, get your keys from the lockbox, and using your fob to unlock the main door. 'A neat and private room with it's own private patio. Easy access to the metro and busses. Limited space for unpacking your luggage. The cleaning service did little more than make the bed. The room got very hot as the aircon wasn't very strong.'

'The hotel is small, but neat. Within walking distance of the train station. I did not feel unsafe. Staff neat, correct and know a lot to tell. Room big enough, bathroom too. You can still hear the metro a little bit, but not to irritate you. If you sleep, you will not wake up from it. Breakfast more than enough, if you have to leave early for a tour, you can get a breakfast package. Just indicate a day in advance. Would definitely choose this hotel again.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Doria Palace! The room was decently sized and very clean! The hotel itself is very small, but the staff was great and super helpful! The only note is there are a couple of stairs you must climb with luggage before you reach the elevator. Once do you reach the elevator, it only fits one person at a time, so just something to keep in mind.'
