Top locatie en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar de gehele entourage maakt alles goed.

After a long long drive during our roadtrip, we arrived in Key West at the Duval House. They have their own parking spot available where you can leave your car and it’s included in the booking price. After checkin we were toured over the premises, the garden, pool and immediately fel in love with it. They gave us a bigger room and it was lovely. We decided to add a second night right away. Breakfast in the garden is great. Sitting outside in shade of plants. Nice staff explaining and serving guests with anything to help out. The rooms direct on entrance (street side) can be a bit noisy of tourists passing late at night. Close to Hemingway house but in fact it’s all walkable or you can hire a cart. Would not mind to go here again.

Property is very convenient. The grounds are nice and tropical. The king room with private balcony is a nice size but the furniture and decor is very outdated and rough looking. The bathroom sink counter was ver old and broken. The light in the bathroom is full of rust. If the owner or owners would put a little bit of decor love in their property it would be an excellent hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Duval Housr. It gave me the feeling of being in old Florida, but with modern amenities. It was centrally located and is convenient to many of the old town places of interest. I also liked the continental breakfast with the vanilla yogurt, fruit and granola that was put together by the staff. The waffles, made on request were also wonderful. The property is picturesque and had a nostalgic feel. Overall, my stay was delightful!!!

L’endroit est super central et derrière c’est un magnifique jardin avec piscine mais elle n’est pas chauffée. L’endroit est un peu vieillot mais très propre et très tranquille. L’accueil est super et la communication avec le perso est impeccable et rapide. Le déjeuner est excellent et ils vous offrent deux consommations de votre choix à l’arrivée. Le stationnement est tout prêt mais payant 30$US. Je recommande et j’y retournerais assurément

Great property and wonderful staff! The breakfast staff was so friendly and accommodating. Quiet for the most part, however, there were two spring break rooms of rowdy, drunk kids who would come back at 2am wake up the entire resort. Told manager about it the next day, nothing done same issue the second night but thankfully they left. Many guests complained…only negative about our stay

We liked the location of the property. The room was VERY small and the AC was incredibly loud. Our room was next to the kitchen, so if the AC didn’t keep us awake, the noise from kitchen woke us up before 7am.

Stately old 2-story house and 3-4 small, well-maintained out-buildings; all of which are divided into about 30 small units (room/bath), Many fantastic gardenia/orchid scented lounge areas within an arboreteum-like back yard. Friendly and efficient breakfast and supply closet staff.

Cute little hotel right in the middle of the popular area of the island. Easily walkable to either shore, plenty of restaurants, and shopping. Gorgeous garden and pool area. Nice complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, helped us book a lovely sunset wine sail.

Duval House was a wonderful place to stay. Close to Duval Street but away from the noise on the street. The buildings are charming and the garden is beautiful and a very nice place to hang out. I’m telling all my friends that this is the place to stay in Key West.

Great little hidden gem of a bed & breakfast. Location is convenient to all the shopping and museums and halfway between both waters. Breakfast was wonderful in the garden out back.
