We enjoyed our stay so much! Front desk really made sure everything was taken care of. Would certainly recommend this location for everyone. If there would be a small point than it can only be the location. You need a car to be able to get to Smarthers. On the other end Duval is close by... All in all had a tremendous time here

Mooi klein hotel waar je je welkom voelt op het moment dat je binnenstapt. Fijn zwembad, mooie kamer en een lekker ontbijt. Voor 12 dollar kun je een dag fietsen huren bij het hotel en Key West verkennen.

We were charged an extra $50 a night Which was not for taxes. Expedia failed to protect their customers!!! Is this fraud? Air condition was hard to ajust. But good otherwise.

This property was great. Everything was very clean and quiet. The staff were amazing and very helpful in regards to any questions we had. It is also extremely close to duval street which was a plus. The only “downside” would be the area did get a little loud at night but that’s out of the control of the hotel. Overall I enjoyed this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

Hôtel bien situé à quelques pas de Duval Street. Les chambres sont petites, pas hypers bien insonorisées et la literie est moyenne. Piscine efficace surtout avec les chaleurs du mois de mai. Petit déjeuner moyen, pas assez de place pour tout le monde. Dommage.

A perfect spot for a quick visit. But, the towels hurt to use them....felt like razor blades on my skin. However, the staff were over the top helpful and kind, so an extra star. I would stay again.

Everything was good overall except for the mattress and office chair in the room. The mattress was hard and I had a rough time sleeping on it. The chair in the room had no padding and was uncomfortable to sit on.

Only 3 stars but had all the comforts and facilities of a 4 star except for lack of restaurant- which in Key West is not a problem. They do provide breakfast which was better than I had expected. Nothing fancy but range of breads and cakes, yogurts, etc and an omelette stand. Room was very comfortable. It’s located in the Old Town which is very pretty and away from the noisier touristy part of town. However it’s 5 minutes walk to Duval St with all of the restaurants, shops etc you could want and no more than 25 minutes stroll to Mallory Square.

Really nice boutique hotel in a great area. Very clean and has a nice pool area. Overpriced for what you get but all lodging in Key West is high. Overall pleased with our stay!

The staff and facility were clean and nice. The rooms are a little cramped for the price and the pool is much smaller than it looks in photos. The WIFi was iffy and there’s no business center or fitness facility. Breakfast was good!

Omelette last was great!! Place was very walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Parking is not that great. Definitely not great for large vehicles. We stayed in the Margaret room. It DOES NOT have a view of the pool like the pictures show. It is a view of a street where construction is going on and a bar that gets lots of deliveries. Besides the view - room was great and bed was comfy. I would stay again but not in the Margaret room.
