'Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

'Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. Disappointed at the response from the host...

'Beautifully decorated caravan, very clean and with an excellent supply of fresh clean linen and towels. Also a good amount of storage and coat hangers (something I rarely find but need!). We only stopped over one night so didn't use any of the other facilities but the caravan had everything we needed.'

'The listing does not reflect where this cabin is located. Listing reads, Cabin Sleeps 6 with Lake access parking. The map location, does not show the location accurately.
The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. The map supplied (for once inside the park), is a little small and confusing.
But, once inside the cabin, very pleasant surprise,...

8/10 Goed
Oud landhuis, erg mooi en authentiek. Kamer was prima.
