The beach is a short, 6 minute walk from the house and more secluded due to the back island location.

This wonderful home is decorated with the owner’s original artwork and contemporary, yet comfortable furnishings and boasts a recently updated kitchen, open dining area, large great room and air conditioned sunroom that leads to a screened porch overlooking the lagoon. There is a sleeper sofa located in the bright sun-room off of the living area and the screened porch spans the width of the great room and leads down to a courtyard with a gas grill, all overlooking the lagoon.

This Vanderhorst Plantation home comfortably accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first level, each with its own private bath. The downstairs master includes a king bed, flat screened TV and spacious bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with a king bed and two sets of bunk beds. The king room has a flat screen TV and both bathrooms include tub/shower combos.

The second level now has 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed, flat screen TV, with French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The bathroom offers his and her sinks and a large tub / shower combo with bench seating. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
