'Spent most of our time getting ready for our grandson‘a graduation. Was a mostly quiet patio except for a barking dog next door'

'All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.'

'We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught....

'The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security. 'This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites...
