'This is a MUST-STAY hotel in Kigali. The service was incredibly excellent. The owner is a very friendly lady with high level of hospitality like nobody else. She was always supportive, paying attention to all the needs guests might have.Breakfast was nice, and also she treated us to a gorgeous dinner on St Valentine’s day! Highly recommended, satisfaction guaranteed.'

'We had a lovely, comfortable stay here. The breakfast is the best we had in all of East Africa! Unfortunately, there was a construction site next to our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom lighting was so low you could barely see and the shower was handheld, so not easy to use'

'i didn't stay there.... we nocked the door and there was someone inside... but she refused to open the door.. we waited outside sometime (10 mts,) waiting for the help from neighbor .. the neighbors nocked the door but in vain... then we decided to come back to another hotel...'

'Everything was perfect and the room are big enough,they feed you and they are friendly, the only issue was make sure that you don’t pay online when you booking because I don’t know where the money goes, we had to pay again at the hotel and claim your money back which doesn’t make any sense, ather than that it’s perfect for the price '

'The house looks new but it's not well maintained- broken toilet seat/cover, bathroom glass walls not well cleaned, fridge and microwave were visibly dirty. Inner pillow covers need a wash too. Internet signal is weak inside the room. Good price though.'

'Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. '
