'Lovely house outside town on a cliff. It was rainy and cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outside which was amazing. Unfortunately when we arrived the power was out due to weather. It took a while to warm up the house. Even with the heat on it was chilly in the house. Great washing machine and good to have 2 bathrooms. Best to enjoy this house in good weather.'

Kinsale lived up to its reputation as a great harbor town full of great restaurants and retail stores. Location gave us access to all we wanted to do in southwest Ireland. 'The house is sited on a hill overlooking the water and harbor of Kinsale. It is a large property, plenty of room for kids to enjoy the outside. The house is comfortable and spacious. The house could use a few things to make a stay easier. Figuring out the appliances and washer is a task. The instruction books have been shredded to some degree over the years, and it took far too long to figure out the different appliances. 'My brothers family and mine stayed here for a family reunion! This home was the perfect pick! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as shared family areas! The home was up a hill and the views were incredible. We also had a donkey and horse that came to visit daily! It was very clean and cozy and we all had the best time. 'We stayed at the Historic Hideaway for two nights with another couple. The apartment was clean and well decorated and we loved the exposed stone walls. We weren’t going to attempt getting the car into the drive, but we were able to find parking on the street with a parking disc. Since we were away most of the daytime hours, this never presented an issue (though we knew of the nearby parking garage, if we needed it.) The host also had great local recommendation.
