'Great stay, all was excellent except breakfast.'

'My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call. And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card.'

'The lady at check in was super sweet and helpful, the room was a bit of a pain to get into, had to call the front desk to get in bc the instructions were a bit confusing. But the lady waited until I was in the room before she hung up which was nice. Had a room facing the road it was a bit noisy in the evenings with traffic. The rooms super dated, the bed frames were horrible to sleep on, if you didn’t gently slowly get on the bed it would slide across the floor, felt like a rolling chair and...

'We love staying here, the location and view is always wonderful. Our room was clean and taken care of, only downfall we noticed this past stay was that the elevator stopped working (things happen, we understand) but also the outdoor showers to rinse your belongings off didn’t work at all. These are minor things but when paying a larger price tag, we do expect everything to be functional. I do wish the breakfast area wasn’t so packed and more spaced out because it gets crowded quickly.'
