'Nice hotel on a good location. The breakfast can be better '

'Great location and quiet area Staff was very helpful to me and my family.'

'When you first get on the property the yard is unkept. We got in our room and it looked like a frat bro had a party in the room and the maid cleaned as well as she could. Things broken, stains on counter, curtains torn and I was scared it was going to have bed bugs. I love Holiday Express but this one was awful!!! I want my money back!'

'I enjoy perfect location'

'The shampoo was completely empty.'

'The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay'

Even after I presented my confirmation code, they said I had no reservation. After several minutes they either found it or just gave me a room. 2. They did not inform me about any of the hotels few amenities; breakfast, wifi, etc. 3. The map to the room did not have my room number on in it, 312. When I asked about it they said the 300 series...

'We were there for 2 days. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We would recommend for 1 or 2 nights for sure. We will be back when we are in the Temple Belton area.'
