'I can honestly say everything was perfect with the room, it was beautiful, clean, all the amenities you needed was there, front of house was well mannered and polite when we arrived. I had requested for room to be decorated alittle special as it was our anniversary, and my request was granted so if you do want to stay somewhere and make it special always ask they are happy to help.
Only one slight problem with the room is the noise level from other rooms, you were able to hear walking around,...

'Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. 'I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no...

'The Margaret Suite (room 8) double room was really good. Four poster bed and a fridge in the room. It’s the first floor bay window at the front of the building so you can see the sea. Apart from arrival, I didn’t see staff again. The room was clean and the room was quiet.
The Expedia booking confirmation from the hotel starts with “Unfortunately…” and goes on about what you can and can’t do and their right to change the price. It’s not very welcoming so I’d recommend changing that. '
