The only downside was that there were only disposable plates, knifes, cups, ... The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and was clean. When my keycard didn't access the pool area, I got immediate help from the front desk staff. The pool was nice. In the immediate surrounding of the hotel...
