'While this property is not in the town (so you will need a car), the setting was gorgeous and the house was amazing. Some things do require clarification, and communication with Rocky Rentals does have some lag time, so just know that. We were delighted with our stay.'

'Great space for our group of 9. Each couple had their own bedroom; 2 with King beds, and 2 with Queen beds. The single guy had the lower level which has a full size bunk, and a toilet/sink to himself. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, soap, lotion and amenities in each bathroom. 'It was our second time staying at this lovely property. Once again our stay was perfect. The home is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for our family. It has a great location, close to the water, large yard with fire pit that was nice to sit by and relax after a busy day in the sun. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next year.'

'In the booking it was not clear that this was a townhouse which is OK but we had to ask to confirm. When we arrived at midnight, the townhouse was cold and the heat was not working as you needed a code to turn it on. The fireplace was also not working. We called the next day and a repairman came over to allow access to the thermostat and to relight the pilot. Apparently, despite night temps close to freezing, we were in "summer" and shouldn't need heat. The property advertised a "hot tub"...
