'Very clean, great convenient location, well designed units, good hot tub but only 10 allowed at one time so you may have to wait since all units access it. Really enjoyed our stay here and will be back'

'The place was immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable in every room. We stayed there in early April. The pool was heated, clean and the hot tub very nice in a nice mountain view area outside. 'I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was so well and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to make your getaway memorable. My wife and I and our friends spent two amazing nights at this jewel located in the Rocky Mountains. The pool, hot tub and adjoining exercise room were an added bonus. Parking was an ease and we received free parking during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we plan to do so next winter. '

'A couple of hours before check-in, we received a message that the building's cooling system was not working. Still, they provided us with a portable air conditioner for the family room and fans for the bedrooms, but it was very hot. We wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. Then, on the third night, the AC started working, but the power went out until 11 pm. Then there were lots of mosquitoes in the room so that we couldn’t sleep. 'It was a great property! Really enjoyed our stay! Would love to see the gym and pool accessible earlier in the morning and open a little later in the evening. The owners were fantastic to deal with! Highly recommend this property!'

'The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared...
