'Great location'

'Room was fairly nice, staff was extremely friendly (must be a real emphasis by the hotel administration), breakfast was good but not great, facilities overall were very nice.'

'The receptionist was sleeping in a chair at 5 pm on arrival. She posted a sign that they were sold out and only got up when I told her we had a reservation. The rooms floor was filthy. There was no clock or telephone in the room. The TV was barely working and there was no guide. We should have left. '

'We had such a great stay at Hampton Inn St. Simons Island! The hotel was super clean, quiet, and very family friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and looked forward to breakfast every morning, which honestly made the trip even easier for us. The location was PERFECT. It felt tucked away and peaceful surrounded by all the beautiful old trees, so it had that relaxing secluded feel, but you were still right in the middle of everything. 'The staff was helpful. I wasn't able to check in until after 5. The room was okay. The shower had mold in it. The check in was horrible. Didn't complain about it because it took so long to check in.'

'Very rough part of town… adjacent buildings with boarded windows and people loitering at all hours. Right next to a loud bar. Six foot fence around property, I think that’s enough said. Only positive the doors are internal and not external.'

'Beautifully renovated near interstate...parking was a bit confusing as to the entrance...make sure you enter thru the 1st entry at the Comfort Inn entrance and immediately turn left in front of the building and continue till you see the RRI which sits back a bit...staff ULTRA friendly and helpful.'

'Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again.'

'Fair handicapped accessibility. Bathroom door was cemented to floor and could not be closed.'
