'Quiet area.'

'Great communications from the host.'

'Still very confused about payment process. Host asked me to send additional money on weird sources. But stay was great!'

'The location was perfect for what we needed.'

'second time with Jose’s properties, both close to downtown and UNCSA campus, my particular interest.'

'Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. I also submitted a request to update the reservation to allow up to 5 guests because we had family and friends stopping by while we were grieving, but I never received a response from...

'This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. 'Our place worked out great for what we needed. Very clean and had all provisions.'

'JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!'
