'Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. '

'Vlak voor onze aankomst kregen wij bericht dat de schoonmaakster die ochtend door een ongeluk niet kon komen. We hebben toen zelf schoongemaakt. De eigenaar heeft ons daarvoor 50 pounds terugbetaald. Vandaar de matige score bij "netheid" De woning is mooi groot en gelegen op de 1e etage met een moderne keuken en drie slaapkamers met prima bedden. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamers is prachtig. De woning ligt vlak bijzet centrum van Rothesay, de grootste plaats op Bute. Dat eiland is...

'De omgeving van de cottage en het verblijf hebben we als heel fijn ervaren. Je hebt daar alles wat je nodig hebt , alles is op loopafstand en wil je dingen in de buurt bezichtigen kun je heel gemakkelijk rondkomen met het openbaar vervoer. De rust, stilte en uitzicht heeft ons aangenaam verrast. Wil je je onttrekken van de dagelijkse hectiek is dit de perfecte plek.'

'We had a great stay in this flat. The location is great and the view from the living room was amazing (Would be happy to watch the ferries come and go drinking tea for ages!). It's a great base to explore Bute. Kitchen is well stocked and host was very responsive. We were short on some disposibles for our stay (dish cloths and toilet paper) and although clean enough for us, may not have been for others.'

'This is a perfect holiday apartment for two. We were able to have breakfast with a view of the sea and Rathlin Island. Catherine had been a fantastic host and provided a perfectly equipped, clean apartment in walking distance from Ballycastle (beach, port & center). Everything was perfectly organized and we were having a great stay. We felt at home from day one. There are plenty of things to explore nearby.'

'Great apartment and Rosie the host was very friendly,welcoming and warm. The only issue we had was the noise from the apartment above. It kept us awake for a couple of nights. You can hear every step and every word said. Could probably do with some sound proofing on the floors.'
