'Comfortable and quiet, despite being located on a hill next to the highway. Executive rooms have a small balcony with very nice views. A simple breakfastbuffet is included. Some rooms/bathrooms are suitable for disabled persons. '

'We had room 15 but the bed sloped downwards against the wall. Not flat. Very tiny ...... But bathroom was modern . Clean and tidy . No shops nearby and need a car to go to the shops . Reception wasn't open in the evening when guests arrive . Denise was good and welcoming. Expedia rates are much better than the room rates if booked direct . No heater in the room either and temp plunged to under 7 degrees while we were there. '

'the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. we liked having the little kitchenette and it was suitably set up for simple meal preparation. the location is out of town, so we found it peaceful, and it was handy to Mount Panorama which my husband liked. it is a large, somewhat rambling facility with some communal areas like lounges and kitchenettes, that might appeal if conditions meant you need to stay indoors. 'The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.'

'We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was lovely. Plenty of spare towels, too, which is always a plus. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, both via texts and in person. NB: Parking was quite tight.Also, the electric blanket is broken in the middle room. '

'We loved the pool. But unfortunately our cabin was very very basic. The tv was stuck on channel ten and reception couldn’t provide batteries so we could change channel. The bunk bed was in the toilet corridor. Not a great bed. Overall not the worst, just shabby and felt like it wasn’t quite worth $179 a night. '
