Super comfortable and cozy home away from home. Creative decor inside and out. This one bedroom apartment has a spacious open concept kitchen and living room that is extremely clean and well equipped. It has a large bathroom and lots of closet space. An electric fireplace for cozy nights in front of the TV. There is a queen size bed in the one bedroom and a sofa bed( double) in the living room plus a foam single mattress for an alternative and convenience. The apartment has everything you need and more and it is a short drive to anywhere you need to go in the city(UofW 10 min) yet is located in a small town setting.. The half acre property is perfect for your dog to run leash free and the host dog is always up for playtime. There is a guest patio with a fire pit and cozy furniture but you’re welcome to roam the property at your leisure . There is free parking for one vehicle in the back yard parking lot. There is laundry on the premises but not in the apartment therefore I offer a courtesy laundry service (within reason)
It’s a lovely neighbour hood to explore with the Grand river right across the road , ball diamonds and soccer fields , parks and trails and two of the cities favourite restaurants are all within walking distance . Plenty of local attractions only 15 or 20 minutes away.
I also offer the opportunity for you to take a private three hour canoe trip down the Grand river where you’ll be surrounded by nature . I will provide all the essentials and the transportation .( must sign waiver)
