'Our vacation to The Outer Banks was our favorite trip to date. This property was almost perfect, other than that we chose it for the advertised 24 hour sauna, and upon arrival we discovered that although there were 2 saunas, they were the infrared versions and quite small. Also, they are located directly off from the main hallway where all of the other hotel guests are walking and it made it less than relaxing to know that people would be walking by and seeing you. 'The pool was nice. Breakfast was fine we had to wait pretty long for towels etc— when they were delivered the wash cloths were grey and very stained - looked like cleaning rags. Also, while I understand dogs are permitted, I don’t think they should be in the area while breakfast is being served. Overall, it was disappointing considering the cost of the room.'

'This place needs lots of improvements and help. The room was deluxe king and the layout is good but cheaply built. Bathroom has no where to place any of your bathroom necessities. Pool was not open first day due to failure of inspection but did open next day. The 2nd day of the pool opened it already had no towels. When it had towels 1st day they were just little bigger than a foot towel. Staff wondered around a little but didn’t do much. The poop trash for dogs was overflowing. It’s sad...
