'I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that...

'The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.'

'The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution.'

'This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!'
