'AMAZING place to stay!! Location was awesome - overlooks beautiful Cruz Bay, and minutes away from restaurants and entertainment! The property manager and owners were so attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. They even had a gorgeous fruit basket, cheese, crackers, and bottle of wine chilled upon our arrival! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely be back!'

The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. 'This is a beautiful location right on the ocean and very central to activities on the island. Chad and Emily were there to greet us, offered us great suggestions as to how to enjoy the island, and even made us delicious cookies upon our arrival.The cottage is well-appointed and very clean. The space is very private and separate from the main house. 'The craftsmanship of the cottage was impeccable! We met Tim who built them and is part owner; incredibly nice and amicable. Jill was there to meet us and the info she gave prior really made a difference in our trip. She was very informative on the area, and had several books on where to go for snorkeling, hiking and food. 'It is a quiet accommodation with nearby places to eat and shop located in a central area. Good communication. The air works well. It doesn't have a water heater but the island is hot but refreshing at night. Otherwise excellent.'

Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. 'Peaceful getaway cottage with beautiful pool, in the perfect location. We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Sarah was an amazing host and person who was conveniently in close proximity to assist with any questions or needs that we had. 'We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

'Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.'

"Excellent Stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for the past few days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated. Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. There is a variety of dining options available close in the area. It was a pleasure to have so many choices for meals, catering to different tastes. Furthermore, having a beautiful sandy beach directly accessible from the resort was a huge bonus. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the stunning Caribbean surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced stay with great amenities and dining options right on a lovely beach.
