'The ground/beach were well kept, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the drinks were flowing. Things that stood out to me: 1. My luggage was left behind by the airline. At the front desk, the staff called the airlines and followed up until my bag came in and delivered it straight to my room. 'Prima appartement/ hotel met prachtige ligging aan het strand van Maho beach. Lekker zwembad en mooi uitzicht op zee. Alles is goed schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamer/ het appartement heeft een goed ingerichte keuken en lekker bed. Het is niet het modernste/ nieuwste hotel maar zeker comfortabel en schoon. Het was niet gehorig. Het heeft leuk entertainment dat niet opdringerig is. Alleen is de muziek in de bar bij de lobby vaak te luid waardoor gasten/ personeel bij de frontoffice...

'When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. The pool was large, overlooking the ocean and well maintained. The location was great. The staff were beyond wonderful. They were so friendly, welcoming and were eager to help...

Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. "
