'Room has lots of facilities, was clean and quiet. Staff was amazing to me, very friendly. Location is great, walking distance to lots of good restaurant and the beach. Would stay here again when I'm in Kuta!'

I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation.
