'Everyone who works here, front desk, housecleaning, etc were all very nice and accommodating. Room was as described. The kitchen and living room was a little dark, some lightbulbs burnt out. Kitchen only has one tiny light. But we made it work. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Turkey. I highly recommend!!'

Our host Mr Ozhan was most lovely and arranged multiple taxi / transfers for us, was extremely helpful and responsive and very kind. 'Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom Taksimplatz supergelegen.Die Dachterasse ist super- man blickt über die Stadt und zur Moschee- man kann super in die Stimmung der Stadt eintauchen, allerdings sollten die Möbel mit denen auf der Abbildung übereinstimmen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und hilfsbereit und die Gallone mit Wasser ist echter Service Die Küche braucht eine kleine Inventur, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden . ' great location about 5 minutes walk to tramways station and all rides are 50 cents a trip about 15 Turkish lira if you charge the card it can also be used on ferries to cross the bosfoross. The food was amazing anywhere you go, the hotel staff were great and always available for any requests. If you go to Istanbul be ready to do some walking because of so much history.'

'Great base to explore the city. Food options locally are limited and over priced for tourists so it pays to find restaurants further away from Taksim. The apartment itself is small, the bedroom has no window, however we slept well none the less. Things are characterful I think you would say. All in all a good, well priced base that provides more privacy than that afforded by a hotel.'

'The flat was nice, spacious, well-furnished and had beautiful massive windows (lots of sunlight). The washing machine was very handy to have. However, it could have been cleaner (there was dust on the floor [clean but as if not cleaned recently or cleaned but not thoroughly & small square pillows in bedroom were disgusting - yellowish from peoples' sweat). A drawback is that there is no sound proof and it is easy to get distracted by noises from the street. Also, there was no tissues at all...
