' There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. 'Comfortable room.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, echt gastvrij. Vooral de mannen achter de balie. Zwembad rooftop is echt gaaf. Prachtige uitzicht. Kamer was goed, mooi strakke design, lekker bed. Schoon en nieuw beddengoed, zo ook de handdoeken. Echt goede kwaliteit. Enige nadeel van de hotelkamer is een nare geur, die was best heftig sterk. Had het aangegeven, kamer schoongemaakt, was minder maar niet perse weg. Had ook een Thaise oil massage genomen, die was echt goed. Mevrouw weet wat ze doet. '
