"A perfect location – right in the heart of all the buzz and liveliness. The hotel is quite large and very much geared towards children and families, which we didn’t realize beforehand. That said, everything else was excellent: the hotel was spotless, the pools were beautiful, and the food was great. The reception staff could improve their English a bit, but overall the service was fine. Personally, we prefer smaller and more authentic and local accommodations, but objectively, this is a well-run hotel that has everything well organized."

"Prima hotel, prima kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Op een gegeven moment kwamen er delen van het dak los die in de pool vielen. Gelukkig zwom er op dat moment niemand onder. Had dodelijk kunnen zijn. Dat werd opgeruimd, maar twee delen die nog los hingen bleven gewoon los hangen. Niet best natuurlijk. Is de Thaise gang van zaken. Maar verder een uitstekend hotel om te verblijven. Maar verder een uitstekend"

"The family room was superb, very big and clean. The beds were very good. The location is unfortunately not at the beach, as the name would suggest, but it’s only a 2 minute walk until you’re at the beach. There is lots of restaurants on the main road or at the beach, and the restaurant at the resort itself is also very good, if not a bit pricier than standard restaurants. The pool is on the smaller side but due the rather bad weather, we were usually the only ones in so we didn’t find it a bother! The staff arranged a rental car and a trip for us without issue, so I wouldn’t think twice about using their services for this! "
