" There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. After mentioning at the reception we are leaving the fist thing presented was a form that we refrain from restitution. In my opinion they are more concerned about the money that the experience they deliver. Do yourself a big favor and book a different resort. There are so much beautiful resorts that deliver the experience you want to have. "

"Het hotel zou niet mogen open zijn gedurende de renovatiewerkzaamheden. Aantal keer zonder elektriciteit, lift buiten werking, voordurend hinderlijk lawaai van werkzaamheden renovaties ( o.a. drilboor etc…) Kamer ruikt muf wegens vochtigheid, idem voor kleerkast… Te weinig plaats in de geïmproviseerde ontbijtruimte voor alle gasten, steeds hetzelfde aanbod, geen enkele variatie. Keuken bevindt zich buiten ( letterlijk buiten), dus eten wordt door weer en wind naar kamers gebracht…"

"Dit resort is gewoon geweldig Receptie snel en behulpzaam Restaurant prima Ontbijtbuffet erg uitgebreid , een Schoonmaak dagelijks en prima in orde Extra attent op de verjaardag van mijn vrouw een bloemenversiering Dit resort is een absolute aanrader Drie zwembaden, jammer dat de “gasten “ als hobby handdoekje leggen beoefenen, om zeven uur ‘s morgens waren alle bedjes al besproken terwijl er geen kip op ligt"
