'The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. 'Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here.'

'The location is more a big building with rooms, than a hotel. There are also residents living there. This doesn't make it less good, tho. Make sure that if you arrive after 18.00 you make an appointment to check in. We forgot and eventually had to ask the guard to get inside. Also if you have a child of 17 years old, tell the accommodation that, because the first room they gave us was horrible. 'I stayed here for almost 3 months and I had a great experience. The location of the apartment is great, the owner is chill and easy to talk to and everything you need is right outside. I highly recommend anyone staying in Pattaya for some time to rent this apartment.
