'In general it’s a nice resort, with friendly staff and a good breakfast, close to the beach.
The room on the other hand was disappointing, it’s a nice modern, spacious room on itself, but the airco is making SO much noise that you can’t put it on during the night, which makes the room too hot to sleep. The room smells like mould. When we arrived there was still a dirty towel from the previous guest in a drawer which gives not so much confidence about cleanliness … '
'We enjoyed every second of our stay, from the delicious welcome cocktail until the checkout. The location is amazing, the breakfast was incredible, the room spacious and comfortable, the 2 pools are very beautiful, the garden very well maintained.
We didn’t eat at the hotel, because right behind the hotel is a small village with plenty of cozy restaurants and bars where you can eat great Thai food.
You can only reach the hotel by boat, so don’t forget to ask the hotel for a pickup or if you...
'Nice hotel but very confusing product.. crazy expensive bar which is ok but without the kids experience.. good breakfast if you have the luck to have an experienced staff.. and management running like chicken and cleaning tables instead of managing.. to be honest this could be a luxury hotel.. and in some parts is just a holiday club at a price of a five star hotel.. so I let you try and make your own judgement '
'We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed the swimming pool on the balcony. The employees were very helpful and have given us a warm welcome and stay. I would recommend this hotel if you like a calmer neighbourhood, with the vibrant neighbourhood on walking distance'
'I wasn't impressed with the bathroom and fact that they charge for everything, including laundry bags. Breakfast was also okay but everything else was really good!!'
