'Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. When my husband got sick, they offered medicine. Housekeeping was excellent. Live music at dinner was lovely. The only thing I'll note is that...

'Could be a gym, probably was at one point. Dirty, not well appointed, breakfast is cooked at 7:00 a.m. once so if you go at 9:00 you get 2 hour old food... If you enjoy old shrimp this is your place... Service is totally lacking or non existent. No mattress pad, AC can't keep room cool even in winter ... Look elsewhere for now '

'We chose this hotel because we wanted a quiet and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, during our stay there was ongoing construction noise, which made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were expecting.
We mentioned the issue but nothing really changed. It was disappointing because the location is beautiful and has great potential, but the constant noise affected our experience.
Another thing to note is that the kitchen closes around 17:00, so there...

'The housekeeper was most industrious and thorough. The property is quaint with 2 cats and one dog who reside within the grounds. The swimming pool is deep water at one end and it is most refreshing after a busy day of travel. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just along the road that we visited. It was a short stay but the proprietor was most hospitable and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for an overnight stay or even as a base to explore Phuket...

'The staff was phenomenal! The property was unlike anywhere we’ve ever been in Thailand. A secluded hidden spot brought us rest and relaxation. They didn’t offer alcohol which guaranteed quiet nights. The bed was cozy, sights were amazing and the pool was a delight. Well worth every penny. '
