'Furniture and bathroom are outdated, this is like 2/3 stars, not 4 stars'

'We got a standard room with a pet and it was not air conditioned. We asked for an air conditioned room for a small fee more and it was easily arranged and the staff was excellent. 'Das Hotel ist neu und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen an. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.'
