Mesdames et messieurs, voici la seul hitel au monde , batie en tour de 30 etages qui vous offre ..... une chambre sans fenêtre ni aeration. Quand au service.... nattendez rien d'eux, ils sont 15 serveuds pour 10 clients et ils oublient votre commande ( 3 fois en 3 jours ) des champions du monde ! 'First off, the location is very beautiful. A peaceful place with scenic views. If you have the panoramic rooms, you can enjoy a nice view. The Cambodian staff was very friendly and helpful to us.
