'This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The staff is incredibly nice and super helpful. They offered the luggage transport service which was amazing! The room was super spacious and the laundry came in handy. There was also free wine and beer on tap in the lobby! Also juice, water, coffee and tea. A wonderful experience!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer. Wel 'gewoon' hotelkamer met goede grote matrassen. Mijn reisgenoten vonden het kussen wel wat hard.
Locatie gunstig. Zo bij de metro en je loopt binnen 10 en 20 minuten de leuke gebieden in.
Handdoeken voorradig, badkamer goed.'

'Everything was perfect, one of the best stays ever. The apartment had really everything, included a washing machine with drying function. We would surely come back to this hotel if we visit Kyoto again. Thanks!'

'Stylish and spacious for family of 6. Very thoughtful touches and amenities in room and layout was very comfy with couch and coffee table. Location was in Gion district which was lively and convenient to stores and restaurants(including Family Mart and Mcdonald's). Free drinks in lobby was a big plus. Only tiny downside is our room was facing a bar which was a little noisy on the weekend but we were able to sleep fine. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Would stay here again'

'This was my second stay at this location. It is just steps from the covered shopping areas and Nishiki Market. The hotel itself is very quiet and serene and boasts an interior courtyard with a tree growing in a shallow pool. Coffee and sake are complimentary in the lobby and the rooms feature traditional style furnishings, including a Hiba wood soaking tub. The showers are fantastic and having a laundry machine, fridge and microwave in each room is a welcome bonus. I really enjoy this hotel.'

'Fantastic location within walking distance to the main area of Gion and streets of cherry blossoms without the crowd.
The room is so spacious and great for families with a baby or toddler. Our baby was able to play in the tatami room. A cot and high chair was also provided to us free of charge.
The kitchenette and washing machine / dryer enabled us to feed our baby and do our washing too without any stress.
The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from Kyoto Station and a taxi ride should not...
