This condo is in building 35. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. Bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs - living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs. Porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), high chair and stair gates available.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL for empty nights between reservations. 7 night minimum Jan-April, summer and holidays. Cleaning fee of $399 included in quote - ADDITIONAL CLEAN FEES FOR STAYS MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS. $469 for 8-10 nts, $569 for 11-13 nts, $598 for 14-16 nts. Includes checkout cleaning and various mid-week services.
