'Owner was very nice and gave clear directions and had lots of nice beach gear to loan. It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Easy walk to beaches and pool. Meh bed.'

'Very nice house for a family or maybe 2 couples. The location is excellent - within easy walking distance to many of the South Shore's best beaches. Also, access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk. The pool and restaurant there are comparable to many of the island's nicer resorts. If you are a scuba diver this house is a great home base for the various South Shore dive spots.'

'The house was great for my son, his family (2 kids) and me. They loved all the swim/beach equipment. The laundry set up allowed us to keep up with towels for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated being able to leave food for the next guests. The host responded in a timely manner to questions before arriving and allowed an earlier check in. 'Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall.'

'The house was perfect for a family with kids and elders. No stairs. Plenty of outside space to run around. The porch swings were enjoyed by all. Kitchen was well stocked. We all enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. All in a beautiful, well maintained setting. Thanks, Mike, it was great.'
