'The layout of this home is perfect for our crew. Four daughters stay together in the room with two queens. The pool is an excellent amenity allowing us to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons napping and poolside. We came three years ago and like it so much we came back. We also appreciate access to the walking path to the Grand Hyatt. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards from the house. We are looking forward to our third trip. '

'My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped with many amenities. Our host, Gabriel, communicated promptly and well. We enjoyed the private pool and backyard area with the pool toys and outdoor games. We are a family of 11 which included our adult children and our 5 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided lots of space for all of us. 'We have stayed in many places near here for 45 yrs. This place was great! The rest of our family were in a house nearby, we had grandkids over and there is so much room under house in the “outdoor living area”. '

'The property was in a fabulous location close to other family members at the resorts. Beautiful “lived in” home that was welcoming and comfortable without feeling like a manicured resort. Family friendly pool for the keikis, just enough for the little ones to get wet or for the adults to cool off in the evening. Great views of the mountains after being on the beach all day. 'Great location. House accommodated all of us with room to spread out. Upstairs livingroom and lanai views were incredible. Entertaining our local family was nice in the spaciousness of the upstairs living and dining area. The curtain/shades in main house were mostly not working but we made due. Enjoyed ourselves and will try to rent again! '

'This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and we enjoyed our stay. Very good communication. Everything was great! The house was even better than described and the views were beautiful! 'Clean, cosy, and full of character, this is such a lovely and comfortable home. Watch the bay with a drink out front as the sun goes down, or marvel at the unobstructed view of the mountains and waterfalls from the big kitchen window over breakfast. 'This was a great place to stay! Beds were pretty comfy and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay including bicycles and beach equipment. The neighborhood is beautiful with a golf course surrounding it and 2 beaches just down the road. Our only complaints were that the water in the kitchen sink won’t get any hotter than lukewarm (makes it hard to do dishes) and we couldn’t get 2 of the 3 tv remotes in the living room to work. We would definitely stay here again.'

'My wife and I were here for one week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We especially loved the dining area. Cam was incredibly helpful when we had questions, and appreciated his prompt responses. The area was perfect with beaches within walking distances, and restaurants within a short drive. Plus, Cam had beach equipment we could borrow if we needed it. Will definitely check back in when we’re back in Kauai! '

'WOW is the best place to describe this property. It's in a beautiful area of the island, super private and quiet. Situated on Haena Beach, just steps to Tunnels Beach that offers the best snorkeling in Kauai. The views from the living room are spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise and planning the day's activities out on the lanai The house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, floats and an iced chest. 'Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for. With 2 infants under 2 years old, having the beach right there and a hot tub was the perfect set-up. The house was ready for our arrival, clean, and easily accessible. The downstairs rooms really drown out the roosters in the morning and the neighbor's dogs allowing the babies to get a good night sleep. The upper room was a little nosier but with the box fan blowing it really helped with the noise. The roosters start making noise about...
