'I plan to stay here again. As a solo traveler, the studio was extremely comfortable and the grounds felt safe and well kept. The dining options were perfect- grab and go, casual and fine dining were all right there. Lava's had one of the best Wedge salads I've ever eaten. The pools were sparkling, the parking easy (be aware of and the $40+ daily charge, though), and everyone I interacted with had a big smile. '

'Nice place, great location. Had most of what we needed. Would have been nice to have a salad bowl in the kitchen and the tv wouldn’t connect. Would have been nice to be able to borrow a cooler, or boogie boards, etc like our previous places have had. We bought a boogie board and left it. Hopefully the next guests can use it. '

'Hanalei Bay Resort exceeded ALL of our expectations! This is the most beautiful resort we have ever seen! The views are breathtaking no matter where you are at the Resort. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The Resort grounds are well maintained, beauty surrounds you everywhere you go! 'We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered. When we arrived, we discovered the only bedroom faced the parking lot-not the ocean. Had we known this, we likely would have cancelled our reservations. The unit itself was a bit dirty.
