'Beetje verouderd, lang wachten bij de receptie, geen welkomstdrankje, bar en restaurant om 9 uur al dicht! '

'Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues.'

'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'There was no air conditioning, they add on several hundred dollars in cleaning fees at the end of the trip, and my ocean view was not what is accepted as ocean view. Only had a postage size view of the ocean way off in distance '

'Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location - you are in the middle of Kauai with easy access to every part of the island. Across the street there is a grocery store, abc store and a lot of food places / ice cream. The hotel itself was clean, staff was very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very family friendly, there was a lot of kids. Pools were kept clean and there’s a beach you can walk to from the hotel. Very nice hotel &'

'We enjoyed the cabin a lot, especially the kitchen is a nice area to sit and go over the day ahead or past. The resort is easy to find, easy to check-in, east to navigate on foot, Waimea itself is within walking distance and has the basics like 2 supermarkets and a few eating options. Location is within a minute from the start of Waimea Canyon Drive, but if you want to visit the North Coast, then it does take an hour/hour and a half driving there. For us this was not an issue.'
