'Pool is dirty and very cold! No heater. Room air conditioner was off from 2am to 5am. Parking is far and you need to pay for It. you wanna valet? Additional charge plus tip. I was about not to mention all of this but they did not let us do late check out. Not even 1/2 hour. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was only clean once. Very disappointed! Never again to this hotel. '

'The room was great, it was clean and comfortable - and perfectly located at the resort overlooking the pool. There were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit for us to use - which was appreciated! There were beach towels, pool towels, and everything we needed in the room. I would absolutely stay there again! '

'I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff.'

'We rented a fully equipped condo unit. Immaculate. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and liked that the pool is heated. Felt price was reasonable for what you get.'
