'The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.'

'The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.'

'Our overall experience here was very good. Front desk and bell staff were all very helpful. Property is large but fairly easy to navigate. Pool and beach are amazing. Location is central island so you are never more than 1 hour from anything on Kauai. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. As an FYI, our reservation type only included 1 day of housekeeping and that was pretty minimal (new towels, coffee, etc but didn't even include changing the sheets).'
