'The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

'This condo was clean and exactly as listed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. There were beach towels and beach chairs and a body board to use, which was great. It was a little warm at times without AC, but there were lots of fans that helped it cool down. We enjoyed the location and spent a lot of time in Hanalei. I would stay here again for sure. '
